Alex Charoni is a Captain with the South King County Fire & Rescue service in Washington.  For more than a decade Alex has been developing his passion for understanding the root causes for firefighter near-miss events.  Alex and I met when I was delivering a program for the Washington State Fire Training Officers Association Conference and that led to several follow up conversations and an invitation to be a guest on our show.
